My Most-Used Sephora Products

When it comes to shopping for makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care, Sephora has been one of my go-to retailers for years. With an ever-evolving selection of my favorite brands and the latest beauty innovations, I love exploring what they have to offer. Over the years, I’ve honed in on a few standout products that I consistently reach for, especially suited for my mature, over-40 skin. If you find the world of Sephora a bit overwhelming, here’s a curated list of my most-used items that I highly recommend to friends, family, and on my social media like YouTube or Instagram.

My Most-Used Sephora Products

MY MOST USED SEPHORA PRODUCTS IN 2024

Makeup By Mario Ultra Suede Sculpting Lip Pencil

Most days, you’ll find me wearing this lip pencil in the shade Hugh from Makeup by Mario. It’s a near-perfect match for my natural lip color and gives a “your lips but better” appearance. I like to apply it with a light hand for a fresh, no makeup makeup look. Plus, it wears beautifully throughout the day without bleeding.

Benefit Precisely My Brow Detailer Eyebrow Pencil

After trying numerous brow pencils, Benefit Precisely My Brow Detailer has emerged as my favorite. The super-fine 0.8 mm tip allows for precise application, delivering natural-looking results that truly mimic brow hairs. It’s a must-have for anyone looking to enhance their brows naturally!

Makeup By Mario Master Mattes Eyeshadow Palette

I almost didn’t buy this all-mattes palette, but I’m so glad I did! This versatile palette has become a staple in my routine. I frequently use the black and brown shades to line my eyes, even on days when a full eyeshadow look isn’t on my agenda. The formula is creamy, easy to blend, and works effortlessly.

Living Proof Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo

This dry shampoo is a holy grail in my hair care routine! It’s not just a quick fix to cover up dirt, grime, and odor (or prevent it if you use it proactively), it actually gets rid of it, leaving my hair shiny and fresh. It also works longer and better for me than any other dry shampoo. I even use it on clean hair for added volume and texture before heat styling!

Tatcha The Rice Wash Cleanser

Formulated with rice water, this cleanser purifies, hydrates, and softens the skin. It’s a longtime favorite of mine, and despite trying other options, I always come back to it. I’ve lost count of the bottles I’ve used, and it’s a product I’m always eager to recommend.

Huda Beauty Easy Bake Loose Baking & Setting Powder

When it comes to setting powder, I can be really picky, but Huda Beauty Easy Bake has been the best loose powder I’ve found. My combination skin benefits from its finely milled formula that blurs pores and keeps shine at bay.  I’ve tried both Pound Cake and Cupcake, with the latter offering a brightening effect that I absolutely adore!

Dior Forever Skin Multi-Use Foundation Stick

This foundation stick has become a favorite in my makeup collection since I reviewed it. It applies smoothly, melts into the skin, and offers a gorgeous finish that’s soft and natural before setting and naturally matte after. It wears well on both dry and oily areas of my face, making it extremely reliable for daily wear.

I wear shade 2N, which is light with neutral undertones. See all of my foundation shade matches HERE.

Makeup By Mario SurrealSkin Soft Setting Spray

Although I typically reserve setting sprays for special events or extreme heat and humidity, this one from Makeup by Mario is a standout that has worked its way into my regular rotation. Free from alcohol and fragrance, it hydrates the skin while ensuring your makeup stays in place. It works beautifully as both a setting and a hydrating spray.

Amika The Shield Anti-Humidity Spray

If you live in a humid climate like I do, this anti-humidity spray is a lifesaver! It doubles as a heat protectant and anti-frizz spray while remaining lightweight enough not to weigh down my fine hair. I prefer applying it on damp hair before styling, where it effectively reduces frizz without compromising volume.

Tower 28 Swipe All-Over Hydrating Serum Concealer

This hydrating concealer is a long-time favorite. Its creamy, hydrating formula glides on effortlessly, providing medium/full buildable coverage. And the weightless formula works well with my under-eye dryness and texture. It’s a concealer I can always rely on, no matter the occasion.

Bobbi Brown Skin Corrector Stick

If you’ve been subscribed to my channel, you know how much I love this color corrector! It has a creamy, skin-like formula perfect for dryness, texture, and fine lines. A thin layer works well to correct under eye discoloration.  If you get dark circles and experience grey cast under your eyes after applying your concealer, try this corrector stick first! I wear shade Bisque

Pat McGrath Sublime Perfection Blurring Under Eye Powder

This under eye powder is my favorite setting powder for my dry under eyes and fine lines. I have the light and pink shades and enjoy both. This is an extremely finely milled, sheer, brightening, lightweight powder. You don’t need much to take away the wet look of your concealer and smooth your under eyes. I won’t be without it!

Ouai Detox Shampoo

This clarifying shampoo is one of my most used Sephora products! I use it once a week to clarify my hair from product buildup and get rid of dead skin cells from my scalp. It leaves your hair soft and shiny instead of dull and dry like many clarifying shampoos. It’s color-safe and it doesn’t smell bad either. I will purchase this again and again!

Ouai Fine Hair Shampoo & Conditioner

This shampoo and conditioner are great for all hair types that have fine texture.  Formulated with biotin, keratin, chia seed, and other ingredients, they keep your hair full, shiny, and healthy. This duo quickly became a favorite in my hair care routine because I’m able to achieve added volume and shine to my hair without drying out my ends or stripping my color.

OLEHENRIKSEN Pout Preserve Hydrating Peptide Lip Treatment

I never thought I would see the day my beloved Drunk Elephant Lippe Balm would be dethroned, but here we are. This lip treatment from Ole Henriksen has quickly become a favorite of mine! Formulated with a specific lip peptide, it helps to make your lips look fuller and more defined. It also helps to keep your lips hydrated and smooth fine lines. It’s available in four high-shine shades and three shimmer finishes, but my favorite is Berry Sorbet, a mauve pink shade with a delicious natural strawberry scent. I’m on my third tube and have gifted these to numerous people.
