2024 Stand-Out Beauty Favorites (So Far)

Whether new to the shelves or just new to me, I’ve discovered several beauty products this year that stand out to me more than others. From effective skincare to makeup must-haves, I have compiled a list of 12 stand-out beauty favorites from 2024 to share with you today. Each of these has become essential to my beauty routine in some way.

Fenty We’re Even Concealer

We’re Even concealer is the newest addition to the Fenty line. I use shade 200c. You can see more of my concealer shade matches HERE. I adore its medium natural coverage which applies and looks beautiful on my dry under eyes with fine lines. It’s hydrating and wears well all day alone or over corrector.

Glossier Cloud Paint Bronzer

I love the gel-cream formula of Glossier’s new Cloud Paint bronzer. It has sheer, buildable coverage and blends seamlessly into the skin, leaving a lightweight feel. This is a great liquid bronzer for beginners or for anyone who wants to get ready quickly and look naturally sunkissed!

LYS Beauty Higher Standard Cream Glow Blush Stick

This blush stick was a huge surprise hit for me. Since it has a metallic sheen to it, I thought it would be unflattering on textured skin. But instead, it gives a gorgeous radiant glow. It’s very pigmented, so you only need a tiny bit for full color payoff. These sticks will give you the effect of blush + highlighter in one and are fantastic for giving a lit-from-within healthy flush.

Sephora Precious Gemstones Palette in Pearl

This eyeshadow palette is so versatile and pretty! From pinks to neutrals to shimmers, each shade in the palette has great color payoff and pigmentation that is blendable and buildable. I was surprised at how much impact this soft-looking palette has because of the flattering shimmers in it. It’s simply gorgeous and unlike any other palette I own. If you’re looking to add a new eyeshadow palette to your collection, I highly recommend trying this one out!

Benefit Precisely, My Brow Detailer Microfine Eyebrow Pencil

Get perfect brows with ease using this eyebrow pencil! The ultra-fine tip allows easy and quick use, effortlessly filling in sparse areas and creating natural-looking hair-like strokes. I haven’t picked up another brow pencil since getting this. The formula is water-proof and long-wearing, so you don’t have to worry about smudging or smearing; perfect for every day! If you want to mimic brow hairs, but don’t want to take the time to use a brow pen, get this. It’s the next best thing and will quickly become one of your top beauty favorites too!

Crown Affair The Refillable Dry Shampoo

If you struggle with fine hair that gets greasy like me, then this dry shampoo is for you. I’ve tested a lot of dry shampoos and this is one of my top favorites. It’s not just a great dry shampoo, but it’s great for styling – to add some grit or a bit of volume at the root. The lightweight powder instantly absorbs excess oil and adds volume, leaving my hair feeling and looking fresher and cleaner. It absorbs oil without leaving white residue behind or leaving me feeling like I have buildup in my hair. Plus, the subtle, sophisticated scent is divine! This is a great alternative to aerosol dry shampoos that actually works!

Dermalogica Liquid Peelfoliant Exfoliator

Liquid Peelfoliant has been so helpful in my skincare routine. It gently removes dead skin from my face, revealing a smoother, more radiant complexion. It’s FULL of amazing, effective ingredients that work together to help improve dullness, uneven texture, and clogged pores. It gives my sensitive skin (with rosacea) visible results without irritation.

Nulastin Brow Serum

I have been extremely surprised by this brow serum. The formula is packed with nourishing ingredients like peptides, vitamins, and botanical extracts, which work together to promote thicker, fuller brows while also conditioning and strengthening the hair. I started to notice a difference in my sparse uneven brows after using Nulastin around 5-6 weeks. I’m continuing to use it and can’t wait to see even more changes at 12 weeks!

Judy Doll Curling Iron Mascara

This mascara features a curling iron-shaped wand designed to lift and curl even the straightest shortest Asian lashes. Since I have straight lashes that don’t hold a curl, I had to try it. I apply it after curling my lashes with my favorite lash curler and it coats every lash effortlessly. It does a great job of holding my curl all day and it builds nicely if I want more length and volume. This is such a great buy!

Gold Under Eye Patches

I bought these under-eye patches on a whim to test them out and wasn’t really expecting much. Then I saw the ingredients, which include: glycerin, propylene glycol, beta-glucan, trehalose, witch hazel extract, Irish moss powder, hydrolyzed collagen, and hydrogenated castor oil. I have a small face, and these are sized appropriately for my under-eye area. They don’t overwhelm my face like many patches do. They also don’t slide down as much as other patches do on me, and they do a fantastic job of depuffing and hydrating. When I’m dealing with puffy, dry, or tired eyes, I pop these on for a bit and they leave my under-eyes looking refreshed, hydrated, smoothed, and rejuvenated.

Smashbox Halo Sculpt + Glow Face Palette

This face palette is a must-have for days when you want to get ready quickly and don’t have time to think about it. It has everything you need to add color to your face: bronzer, highlighter, and two blush options. The quality is fantastic and there are four shades to choose from for different skin tones. I have Pink Saturation and Back to Cali and love both, but I reach for Back to Cali more often for my light-medium skin tone.

MAC L.E.S. Artiste 

The pic above doesn’t do this eyeshadow shade justice at ALL. Check out this video to truly see this gorgeous warm, shimmery pewter. MAC L.E.S. Artiste is absolutely stunning. I love swiping it across my lid for one-and-done looks or using it as my lid shade with other shadows for full eye looks. It applies smoothly, is flattering, and wears beautifully all day. This is definitely a shadow to add to your collection if you want a versatile, beautiful, neutral shadow for both day and night.
