Natural Makeup Look that’s Quick and Easy

natural makeup look tutorial, quick and easy makeup

If you’re looking for a natural makeup look but don’t have a lot of time, I’ve uploaded my first Instagram TV Tutorial to show you just that. IGTV is a bit scary for us YouTubers, but I figure the only way to figure it out is to mess around with it, right?

If you’ve landed here from the video, the product breakdown for this natural makeup look is below. If you’ve stumbled upon this page through a search or because you follow me, I’d love for you to head over to Instagram and tell me what you think!

I’d also love to hear from all of you regarding the new IGTV. Do you plan to use it actively? Will it replace YouTube for you or simply enhance your Instagram/social media experience? What kind of content do you want to see from beauty influencers, such as myself, on IGTV (as opposed to Instagram stories or YouTube)? Thanks guys! I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts wherever you decide to leave them!

Hi, would you recommend the BareMinerals and NARS concealers you have linked here over Tarte concealers? I don’t wear a ton of makeup and love a natural look for every day, but I do need coverage for blue veins and bags under my eyes. Thanks!

Tarte Shape tape covers well but doesn’t give a natural look. I always recommend using a corrector under concealer if you have discoloration as it will help you use less concealer and will help you not get that gray effect. Yes, I’d recommend BareMinerals (both the stick and liquid) over Tarte Shape Tape. I use NARS Soft Matte on my face (not under eyes) only. ?

Thank you. Would you say the Hourglass veil mineral primer was the best? Thanks

From the major brands for my skin yes! I’ve also been loving Fleur de Vie’s primer! It’s fantastic as well!

Video was great. Not sure how this is different or better than YouTube. I guess Insta just wants us to stay on their platform. Love your channel. Thx!!

I think it’s a nice supplement. I’ve realized there’s a big segment of Instagram that never goes to YouTube so having some video content will be nice for those guys. But it’s not replacing YouTube for me. And I certainly can’t duplicate my efforts with having a full time job! But I do like popping some up on occasion! The last two I’ve done have been vlog style videos which were fun! Thanks!

Hi there, would you recommend still using a primer under the It cosmetics cc cream? I too have oily skin. Many thanks.

Absolutely. I’m a huge advocate of using the right primer under most foundations. They help foundations go on more smoothly and evenly, last longer and stay shine free longer. 🙂
