This Foundation Road Test looks at an Urban Decay Foundation: One & Done. Urban Decay One and Done gives sheer foundation coverage and skin treatment all in one step. As usual, I test it out with and without a primer (my usual Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer), using my Beauty Blender and a foundation brush.
